Felt Family Law Scholarship

scholarshipFelt Family Law was founded with the vision of helping families face the challenges and stress that come with divorce, child custody, and other family law issues. Our family law attorneys are dedicated to both managing and minimizing the conflict and contention that often arise from these types of cases.

In keeping with our firm’s dedication to advocating for families and our commitment to the local communities we serve, we are very proud to announce the Felt Family Law Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

This scholarship is open to any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program. This includes accredited community college students as well as high school seniors and students who possess a GED and who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited program.

The scholarship applicant should demonstrate a strong interest in the legal industry, journalism, and/or supporting free speech. All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.

Essay

Answer the following prompts and questions in an essay of 1,000 words or less:

  • Briefly describe how this scholarship will assist in your education and future goals, and explain your goals.
  • In what ways will your education and degree allow you to give back to your community?

Submission Deadline

All application materials must be submitted by January 31, 2024.

Award Announcement

The scholarship recipient will be announced on March 1, 2024.
